International Division Office
The International Division office is open from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Ms. Ye Yi Yun, Director of the International Division, is in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and can be contacted on (21) 62429851 x 66.
Ms. Chen Wen, Assistant to the Principal, is in the office from Monday to Friday.
Ms. Luo Wen Qin, School Bus Coordinator, is in the office from Monday to Friday.
Miss He Mei Yun, responsible for general enquiries, is in the office from Monday to Friday. The office contact numbers are (21)62429851 x 25, 71
Mrs. Shayne Raffaud, the School Coordinator can also be contacted from Monday to Friday on (21) 62429851 x 23.
Your child's class teacher will let you know of individual extension numbers. The lines are operational within the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. as well as from 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. The purpose of the direct lines is to contact class teachers directly either before or after school hours.
OUR ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Parents seeking admission for their child are invited to make an appointment with the administration office at the International Division of the Kindergarten in Hong Mei Road to obtain information and to arrange a school visit.
- Parents may visit the classrooms at the appointed time during regular school hours accompanied by their children if they wish or on their own.
- The purpose of the visit is to observe classroom activities and facilities and become familiar with the teaching staff.
- Parents interested in enrolling their children at our school are kindly requested to complete our registration form and submit it to the administration office of the International Division of Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten. Parents are requested to pay the registration fee to reserve a place for their children. This fee will however not be refunded if a child cannot attend the school for any reason once a place has been reserved.
- On receipt of the registration form and fee, the Administration Department will confirm the offer of a place at the Kindergarten.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE KINDERGARTEN
- All children enrolled in class on the first school day of the term are registered in the class for the term.
- Tuition already paid for the term cannot be refunded even if attendance ends prior to the end of the term.
- We also regret to inform you that parents who would like to withdraw their children for a period of time for family holidays or religious reasons for example may not receive tuition refunds for the period of non-attendance.
- By continuing to pay tuition parents are thus able to ‘hold’ the place for the child’s return to the school. If parents miss a tuition payment during this time, the school will consider the child ‘withdrawn’ and the child’s place will be offered to the next eligible child.
